Brilliant Beauty 911 Cleaning Services ("the Company") offers professional cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. These services include but are not limited to deep cleaning, regular maintenance cleaning, maid services, eco-friendly cleaning options, and specialized cleaning services as agreed upon with the client.

2. Booking and Scheduling:

Clients can schedule cleaning appointments by contacting the Company via phone, email, or through the online booking system available on the Company's website. Appointment availability is subject to the Company's schedule and may require advance notice for booking.

3. Service Terms:

The Company agrees to provide cleaning services as outlined in the agreed-upon scope of work. Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning time and ensuring that pets, if any, are properly secured.

4. Payment Terms:

Payment for services rendered is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Company accepts various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic transfers. Invoices will be provided upon request.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee assessed by the Company.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee:

The Company strives for client satisfaction with every cleaning service provided. If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. The Company will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any concerns promptly.

7. Liability and Damages:

While the Company takes utmost care in providing cleaning services, it shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred to the client's property during the cleaning process, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Company's employees or representatives.

8. Confidentiality:

The Company respects the privacy of its clients and agrees to keep all information obtained during the provision of services confidential, including but not limited to personal information, access codes, and security details.

9. Insurance:

The Company maintains appropriate liability insurance coverage for its operations. Clients may request proof of insurance coverage upon request.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Georgia.
